Jemmy (Jeminna) Best

PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR

Jemmy has an excellent understanding of the local economies in both Cairns and Townsville, having spent 10 years in Cairns and 15 years in Townsville. She was a Platinum Achiever with Choice Aggregation for five years in a row and during that period she was the only female to achieve that in Queensland.

The success of Best Home Loans can be attributed to Jemmy and her team’s total commitment to customer service and ensuring her customers get the most suitable loans at competitive rates.

Our motto is “Best Loans, Best Rates, Best Service!”. Jemmy has been a Mortgage Broker for 22 years and is highly experienced in all facets of Lending. She prides herself on her approval success and strives to get the right outcome the first time. She also specialises in SMSF Lending having done hundreds of SMSF Loans.

She was also previously a Qualified Financial Adviser specialising in SMSF Advice however due to the increasing compliance and study requirements she has decided not to continue as a Financial Adviser and to just concentrate on the lending side of things, this changed on the 30/06/2021.

Jemmy holds a Diploma in Finance/Mortgage Broking and is also a Commissioner of Declarations.

Having had previously worked as a medical receptionist, she began her career in the finance industry as our receptionist for just a short two months before becoming one of our Loans Processors.
